Collected Information
Account infomation When you create an account, your name and email are used for identified and personalize your experience.
Extension data Automa only collected the workflows data you have shared, and the rest of the extension data (e.g., logs) are stored locally in your computer.

Automa only uses necessary cookies. For example, the sb:token
cookie that stores who you are after you sign in.
AIPower
- When using the "AI Workflow" Block, you must provide a custom AI Power Token. This Token is classified as personal and sensitive data as it is directly entered by you within the Automa interface.
- Storage: The Token is stored locally within your browser (e.g., via Chrome's local storage APIs) and is not automatically synced to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup features.
- Usage: The Token is solely used to send requests to
https://api-aipower.automa.site
for the purpose of "query and execute the workflows". Its validity is linked to your AI Power account identity and access privileges.
- User Control
- To revoke the Token, you may:
- Delete the corresponding "AI Workflow" Block, or
- Remove the entire Automa Workflow.
- Immediate Effect: Token revocation will disable all related AI Power functionalities but will not affect other Automa features.

- The Token is sensitive. We advise you to:
- Rotate it periodically (e.g., via your AI Power account dashboard);
- Ensure your browser environment is protected against unauthorized access.
